Attack Signature Detection and Full-Transaction Detection are new security features from Cloudflare aimed at improving web attack detection. Attack Signature Detection provides granular rules based on confidence levels (High and Medium) and specific CVEs or attack categories, allowing customers to create custom policies for handling traffic. Full-Transaction Detection combines request and response metadata to identify successful exploits and reduce false positives. Both features are accessible via Security Analytics and can be used to create targeted remediations. Attack Signature Detection is currently in Early Access, while Full-Transaction Detection is under development.
